Mr. Geoff Jacobs is the managing partner of Aspirant Development and a principal of The Empire Group of affiliated companies. He oversees all of Aspirant’s luxury high-rise residential and core mixed-use projects. In addition, he directs all of Empire’s single-family build-for-rent (SFBFR) projects in Texas, Colorado and Indiana.
