AZCREW Woman ICON Award

AZCREW is proud to announce the first annual Woman ICON Award, created to honor a trailblazing woman in the commercial real estate industry. This prestigious honor was designed to celebrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact, recognizing those who have paved the way for future generations. Join us in celebrating and supporting the remarkable women who are shaping our industry by nominating someone you call an Icon today.

The award will recognize and honor a female leader who demonstrates exceptional innovation and creativity, has a proven track record of resilience and success, and has made a profound impact within not only the commercial real estate industry, but in the advancement of women throughout her career. 
The below criteria detail the qualifications that will be considered when reviewing award submissions.

1. Impact and Influence: 10+ year tenure in the CRE industry and a proven track record of excellence that demonstrates significant impact and influence on reshaping norms, challenging conventions and/or fostering growth.

2. Leadership and Vision: Exhibits strong leadership qualities and a clear vision that has guided their success personally and/or professionally. This includes inspiring and uplifting others within the industry. 

3. Innovation and Creativity: Demonstrates exceptional innovation in pioneering new ideas, projects or services and executes creative solutions that impact the landscape of their business.

Nominations for this award will be reviewed by the AZCREW Executive Board & Nominating Committee and the honoree will be recognized at the AZCREW 2024 Woman ICON signature event on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. 

Nomination Deadline: Close of Business on Friday, July 26, 2024.
