Meet Jenny Liles

Meet Jenny Liles, Director of Operations at Cresa, and AZCREW’s 2024 President. Learn more about Jenny’s vision for the year and how she got to where she is today in the below interview. Thank you, Jenny, for stepping up and sharing your invaluable talents and leadership with the members of AZCREW.

Question: What are you most looking forward to about this year and what’s in store for AZCREW?

Jenny: I am excited to not only be part of, but to have the opportunity to lead this organization. AZCREW has truly inspired me by watching its programs, and professionals, evolve over the last 5 years. Our Board of Directors have crafted top-notch programming and events that will make a real impact and push our organization to a new level. My vision for this year is to continue to embrace ambition, courage and readiness as we navigate the next 12 months.

Question: What does your day-to-day look like as a Director of Operations at Cresa?

Jenny: I focus primarily on implementation of Cresa’s sales enablement program across the country. In short, my role is to evaluate business processes and execute new strategies for our advisors to be successful in everything from AI tools to CRMs to business development tactics.

Question: How did you first get involved with AZCREW?

Jenny: A friend of mine introduced me to the Director of Membership back in 2019. I attended one of AZCREW’s networking events and immediately recognized the value this organization held in the market. Since that day, I’ve committed myself to embracing both the professional and personal development opportunities available exclusively through membership.

Question: Do you have any daily productivity practices or routines?

Jenny: To stay organized I create daily to-do lists first thing each morning for both work and my personal life. Lists keep me better focused and crossing items off makes me feel accomplished and effective.

Question: What’s your favorite restaurant in Phoenix?

Jenny: Café Monarch, their ambiance is incredible, and everything on the menu is delicious.

Question: What’s a secret talent or skill you have?

Jenny: In college I had a dance scholarship at California State University, Long Beach, and won a national championship in Jazz!

Question: How do you wind down after a long day?

Jenny: Easy, a glass of wine and time with my husband, Ted, and kids Brody (10) and Rylee (8)…. And can’t forget Brixxie, our golden doodle!
